Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

United States: Free standard shipping, estimated delivery of 5-16 business days.

International orders: A flat shipping rate applies at checkout, with estimated delivery of 5-16 business days depending on destination.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Aurea is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages

Aurea is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly to file a claim.
