If something goes wrong

If your tracking has not moved for five business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email contact@sanamar.shop and we will replace it or refund it in full. Every order is also covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

Cancelling

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you the same day.
