How to request a refund

Email contact@sanamar.shop with your order number. That is all we need — you don't have to explain why. We reply within one business day, and the refund is issued to your original payment method within five business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few days more to appear on your statement.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive something you did not order, email us a photo within 90 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it in full — whichever you prefer. No return needed in either case.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund you the same day.

Nothing is excluded
