Where is my order? Orders leave the warehouse the same or next business day and arrive in two to five business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. If tracking has not moved in five business days, write to us and we will chase it.
I want a refund. You have 90 days from delivery. Send your order number and the word refund — you do not need to explain why, and you do not need to send anything back. Full details are in our refund policy.
Something arrived damaged. Send a photo within 90 days and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.
